You can send the text that needs to be translated and all significant details regarding your assignment by
e-mail or mail. If possible, always send a soft copy of the file, otherwise I might need to charge extra time for restoring the document layout. In addition, a soft copy makes it possible to create a dedicated translation memory for your assignments, thus helping to ensure a consistent translation of repetitions – and for subsequent assignments, I might be able to offer you a discount for translations that can be retrieved from the translation memory.
If the assignment involves translating a website, I can make the text extract myself, if desired. In that case, you can simply send me the URL.
You will receive a final quotation and delivery time as soon as I have evaluated your request. I will not start the assignment until I have received your approval.
If anything is unclear, I will contact you immediately to preclude any misunderstandings.
